Policy: 


REGULAR MEETINGS: 
 
A stipend of $100 per meeting will be paid to each Board Director who attends a Board meeting in person or virtually. 


COMMITTEES: 
 
A stipend of $100 per Board committee meeting will be paid to each Board Director who attends a Board committee meeting in person or virtually. If a Board Director does not attend the Board committee in person, s/he is not eligible to receive the stipend. 
 
Per item 6, page 5 of the Corporation’s bylaws, this reimbursement is considered just and reasonable.
