Policy:


Accelerating a student to a higher grade or holding a student back a grade is a rare occurrence. We do not encourage grade accelerations and retentions but understand that they may be appropriate for some students, while a student is enrolled with JCS. The following requirements must be met in order to make a request for acceleration, or retention may be requested one time.
